    Ilham S. Rose is of counsel to the firm and during her more than a decade long career, Ms. Rose has focused her practice exclusively on aspects of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, grandparents’ rights, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, and property division. Ms. Rose has extensive experience representing clients in high asset, high net-worth cases involving issues such as equitable distribution of assets, hidden assets, foreign assets, and complex divorce matters. As a New Jersey certified mediator, she also mediates cases ranging from divorce matters to contract disputes.

    Ms. Rose served as an intern during law school to The Honorable Angelo Di Camillo, J.S.C. in the Camden County Superior Court. She then worked as an associate for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Child Protection and Permanency before moving into private practice.

    Ms. Rose is a member of the Morris County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. In 2020 she was nominated by the National Academy of Family Law Attorney as “Top 10 Under 40” in Northern New Jersey.

    With strong ties to New Jersey being born and raised in the State, Ms. Rose appreciates its diversity and guides clients of all backgrounds. She advises both men and women of the Indian and South Asian communities equally, who value her understanding and sensitivity to cultural customs. Ms. Rose is fluent in Urdu/Hindi.
