John Onal is a Managing Attorney of Onal Gallant Bayram & Amin PC.
John S. Onal received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law – Newark, where he was the President of the International Law Society. Mr. Onal was a judicial extern to the Honorable Hector R. Velazquez of the Chancery Court where he researched and wrote memoranda analyzing pre and post-trial motions before the court regarding probate and equity matters, including motions of summary judgment, involuntary dissolution and appointment of fiscal agents. Mr. Onal was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Lourdes I. Santiago of the Civil Division where he researched, analyzed and drafter bench memoranda with recommendations regarding matters involving employment, fraud and medical malpractice. In addition, Mr. Onal worked on the federal tax clinic where he guided taxpayers who were engaged in a dispute with the IRS national office. Additionally, he was an active teacher in the Street Law Program, which partnered with community organizations and local schools to teach youth about their legal rights and responsibilities. Mr. Onal received his bachelors from Temple University, where he double majored in International Business and Pre-Law.

In the area of commercial and business, John Onal counsels his clients in forming the right kind of companies, drafting operating and partnership agreements, preparing asset purchase agreements, and other similar agreements. Mr. Onal regularly advise on cross-border transactions and represent foreign companies seeking to enter the US market.
In real estate, Mr. Onal guides his clients through the nuances of the real estate world, whether it be residential or commercial. In immigration matters, Mr. Onal advises individuals and businesses with visa sponsorship for foreign employees and immigration compliance.
