Kevin R. Li is an attorney in the New Jersey office of ONAL GALLANT & PARTNERS.
Mr. Li received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law – Newark. Mr. Li was a law clerk at the New Jersey Administrative Court during law school, where he researched and wrote memoranda regarding a wide variety of topic areas including issues regarding Accidental Disability Retirement Benefits for Teachers’ Pension (TPAF) and Accidental Disability Retirement Benefits for Police and Firemen’s Retirement System (PFRS). Additionally, he was a Senior Editor on the Rutgers Business Law Journal in addition to being the Marketing Coordinator for the Rutgers Society for Corporate Law & Governance. Mr. Li received his bachelors from the University of California – Santa Barbara where he majored in Psychology.
Prior to joining Onal Gallant & Partners, Mr. Li worked at a Jersey City law firm representing developers in their land use applications for obtaining site plan approvals and variances. Mr. Li has appeared before both the Planning and Zoning Board in Jersey City. Other work included various portions of the real estate acquisition process and condo conversions. Mr. Li has also appeared on behalf of clients in Special Civil Court Small Claims matters.
Kevin Li’s current areas of practice include residential real estate transactions – residential lease drafting, residential closings, corporation formation and governing documents drafting, contract drafting and review. Additionally, Mr. Li handles uncontested divorce cases.
