Rachael Stuhr is an attorney in the Texas office of ONAL GALLANT & PARTNERS.
Ms. Stuhr received her Juris Doctorate from University of Houston Law Center, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, an active member of the Mock Trial Team, student attorney in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, and President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Organization. While in law school, Ms. Stuhr served as Research Assistant to University of Houston Law Center Dean Leonard Baynes, Judicial Intern to Justice Russell Lloyd in the First Court of Appeals of Texas, and Law Clerk in the immigration firm Graves & Graves, P.C.
Ms. Stuhr was licensed in the State of Texas in 2019. She began her legal career as an Associate Attorney in litigation firm Doyle, Restrepo, Harvin, & Robbins, LLP. While there, she obtained meaningful experience in all stages of litigation. She worked on contract disputes involving damages in the tens of millions, cross-border discovery via the Hague Evidence Convention, and foreign jurisdiction law. Ms. Stuhr also maintained a docket of cases involving Deceptive Trade Practices Act and Texas Insurance Code violations, in addition to trucking litigation.
