With a decade of expertise in corporate legal matters, Said brings a legacy of guiding corporate clients from various sectors, with his most recent focus on technology and life sciences prior to joining Onal Gallant Bayram & Amin PC (“Onal Gallant”). Throughout his career, Said’s work touched clients and their subsidiaries from diverse industries located in all 50 states and over 10 countries outside the U.S., assisting his clients navigate various complex transactional issues. In addition to this extensive portfolio, Said often acts as outside general counsel for several of his clients. His versatility in representation encompasses both sides of the transaction table, assisting buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, startups, investors, franchisors and franchisees, landlords and tenants in mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset acquisitions, acqui-hires, divestitures, strategic investments, leveraged financings, venture financings, real estate financings, venture debt, business purchases, SBA loans, commercial leases and commercial real estate purchases.

While he’ll advise small businesses and entrepreneurs, he will continue to provide strategic legal advice to his older clients and more established investors, private equities and venture funds.

Equipped with a keen interest in supporting community growth, Said also passionately represents nonprofits and social enterprises, aiding them in understanding the nuances of nonprofit laws and securing various federal and state financial loans or grants.

Prior to joining Onal Gallant, Said honed his skills at top-tier international and national law firms, gaining invaluable experience that now benefits a wider clientele. At Onal Gallant, Said continues his commitment to personalized, high-quality service but offers a more flexible approach tailored to meet the unique needs and budget considerations of smaller enterprises and emerging businesses.

Said received his LL.M from Georgetown University, where he received the Dean’s Certificate for Special and Outstanding Service to the Law Center, and his LL.B. from the University of Lausanne.
